The Revolution XT C is a is the centre channel to complete Tannoy's new Revolution XT Series, combine with other Revolution XT models to craft a truly amazing home cinema speaker system.
Designed as a centre channel loudspeaker ideal for dialogue and centre-stage vocal reproduction, the XT C features the compact 100 mm (4 inch) Omnimagnet Dual Concentric driver from the XT Mini for supremely articulate presentation in any room.
The Omnimagnet dual is augmented with twin 100 mm (4 inch) mid/bass drivers to deliver deep bass reproduction down to 62 Hz, bringing authentic presence to movie dialogue.
The compact 7.6 litre XT C cabinet utilises the low colouration trapezoid shape that defines the Revolution range, with extensive bracing to further enhance accuracy across the audio band. A unique variation on the XT-series plinth has been designed specifically for the XT C, allowing the speaker to be angled low, mid or high depending on its placement relative to the listener. The three-point contact with the speaker provides stable support whether the XT C is placed below or above a TV screen or directly behind an acoustically transparent projection screen.
Available in Medium Oak or Dark Walnut real wood veneer, the Revolution XT sets the standard for fit and finish for smaller stand mount loudspeakers at the price.
The highest attention to detail means artisan-quality veneering, etched Omnimagnet driver trims, heavy duty terminals and a full-baffle grille with magnetic mounts to ensure a flawless look with the grilles off.
