Quintet Mono monophonic design, in the characteristic body of ABS-based special thermoplastic material developed for the Quintet range, a Nude elliptical needle that is an excellent solution for the reproduction of monophonic vinyl records with microsurges. Thanks to the sophistication of its mobile system, the Quintet Mono will perfectly read even warped or damaged discs, while ensuring effective control of surface noise. The Quintet Mono uses a configuration set up by Ortofon (with high purity silver windings) to deliver the same output signal in either of its two pairs of connectors, eliminating the need to have specific components for the Reading of monophonic discs and therefore can reproduce the latter with any conventional stereo system.
