This sophisticated and comprehensive device has been designed to fully harness the capabilities of today's most advanced high-resolution technology. It incorporates a series of technical innovations inspired by Musical Fidelity’s renowned amplifiers. Notably, it features a Class A analog amplification stage, developed with discrete components, delivering an exceptionally pure, warm, and detailed sound.
Additionally, the new Musical Fidelity M8x DAC eliminates display screens to avoid unwanted electromagnetic interference, while also removing Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. This minimizes radio frequency emissions and reduces potential synchronization issues such as jitter.
A robust encapsulated toroidal transformer with low noise levels has been integrated to ensure stable and interference-free power delivery. Its solid mechanical construction guarantees exceptional long-term durability. As an added value, the M8x DAC includes a high-performance and powerful headphone amplifier, capable of effortlessly driving even the most demanding models.
The Musical Fidelity M8x DAC also features a fully balanced analog output circuit, designed with discrete components, along with a comprehensive range of both analog and digital connections.
