The essence of the SuperTubeClock is the replacement of the solid state oscillator commonly used in a DAC with a vacuum valve, specifically a miniature triode. As a result, PrimaLuna engineers have managed to significantly reduce noise and jitter, the result being an improvement in the ability to restore micro-information, which in turn improves the dynamic range and overall musicality. Finally, let us point out that the EVO 100 Tube DAC includes a D / A converter and a high-precision sampling frequency converter signed by the American Burr-Brown, as well as digital inputs in coaxial, optical, AES / EBU and USB (DSD up to DSD128 compatible).
