Sib Evo Dolby Atmos® speakers are specially designed for Home Cinema systems, giving your movies a whole new third dimension! These satellite speakers feature Dolby® technology developed for theaters to produce incredible sound effects. Although it has not reached every living room, but it is increasing rapidly, this system is distinguished by offering sound effects in a vertical plane, reflected on the ceiling. This gives the viewer the impression of being immersed in an ultra-realistic 3D universe! The strict minimum for Dolby Atmos® is a 5.1.2 system, and Focal wanted to integrate this technology into the new generation of Sib&Co loudspeakers, the iconic Home Cinema range launched in 2002! This Sib Evo Dolby Atmos® speaker package will complete your 5.1 setup, turning it into a 5.1.2 system. This new generation “enabled speaker” was designed to reproduce horizontal and vertical waves (towards the ceiling). The main innovation of this technology lies in the reflection of sound waves from the ceiling towards the listener by means of an additional loudspeaker transducer at the top of the loudspeaker. A WELL-EQUIPPED SPEAKER
The Sib Evo Dolby Atmos® speaker is equipped with a 5" (127mm) Polyflex woofer and 1" (25mm) silk dome tweeter, as well as an additional 3" (25mm) full-range Polyflex speaker transducer. 76mm) at the top dedicated to Atmos® effects. It was designed with more rear volume than the Sib Evo Satellite to give it an even more extended frequency response. Focal also wanted to offer a perfectly tailored upgrade solution for customers who already are equipped with Sib speakers: two Dolby Atmos® speakers can be added to an existing Sib system to experience the sensations provided by a state-of-the-art home theater system.
EASY ASSEMBLY
Each satellite is pre-mounted on its base, but you can still adjust the tilt by ±5 degrees, keeping in mind that the speakers are shipped with the Dolby® recommended tilt degree already set. In 5.1 and 5.1.2 home theater systems, the speaker can also be used horizontally, turning the satellite into a center speaker.
WHAT ARE THE DOLBY ATMOS® SOUND EFFECTS?
The particularity of this speaker is its ability to reproduce the Atmos® effects of cinemas in the comfort of your home. In addition to the front-firing speaker driver, an additional full-range speaker driver has been integrated into the top of the speaker. This system avoids having to add accessories to your loudspeakers to reproduce vertical effects, which can spoil the overall design or harmony of the system. This surrounds the viewer with sound effects, especially those coming from above, a great innovation for this type of product! Imagine an action scene with airplanes flying by, rain falling or thunder rumbling.
FOCUS ATMOSPHERE
Dolby Atmos® enabled speakers, via front-firing and vertical-firing speaker drivers, form a complete system with all elements working in perfect harmony. Therefore, the Sib Evo satellite type loudspeaker is an excellent, compact and structured system.

The design adds value to the line's original timelessness: its refreshed style stays in line with the design codes that made the original Bb line such a success. It evokes a futuristic style with elegant lines to enhance the environment in which they are sure to blend in perfectly. The ABS enclosure together with the matte and lacquered finish enhance the textured effect of the surface. The speaker is also supplied with a flexible base, making it easy to tilt.
