A "scaled-down" version of the F200, the F100 is an exquisite 3-way/5-speaker bass-reflex column that benefits from renewed aesthetics and superior technical parameters compared to its predecessor, thanks to the combined use of state-of-the-art design, manufacturing and measurement systems. On the electro-acoustic front, the Gen2 Obsidian Folded Motion XT Tweeter, a sophisticated tweeter equipped with the latest in thin-film technology and a number of critical internal enhancements, including the Folded Motion Waveguide, enables it to deliver a cleanliness, detail, dispersion control and accuracy surpassed only by MartinLogan's legendary electrostatic panels. The midrange speaker features a Nomex-reinforced Kevlar cone, while the three woofers feature aluminium diaphragms and powerful magnetic magnets to ensure equal parts delicacy, depth and punch. The F100 is completed by two bottom-emission bass-reflex ports, an advanced crossover filter and the innovative F.A.S.T. adjustable decoupling/stabilisation devices exclusive to the American firm to ensure perfect levelling.
