Crafted Like an Instrument
Each enclosure is built from multi-layer birch plywood, expertly engineered to control resonance and maximize sonic projection. The base is crafted from solid beechwood, ensuring structural stability and seamless integration into any living environment.
The external finish is composed of seven coats of high-quality lacquer, while the paper woofer cones are treated with six layers of Italian balsamic oil lacquer, enhancing both mechanical performance and tonal character.
True Point-Source Coherence
At the heart of Ra is a coaxial configuration—a 1.75" compression tweeter with a titanium diaphragm coated in titanium nitride (TiN) sits concentrically within a 12" paper-cone woofer. This alignment ensures perfect phase coherence, precise imaging, and an incredibly natural, unified soundstage.
The tweeter is loaded into a precision-machined horn, extending high-frequency response with remarkable airiness and detail. The crossover network is entirely audiophile-grade, featuring Mundorf oil/silver capacitors, aluminum foil inductors, and MOX resistors. Internal wiring and terminals are from Cardas Audio, designed according to golden ratio principles and made from pure copper for optimal conductivity and tonal neutrality.
